With over 20 years in holistic health and 8+ years experience in support roles, I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to personal wellbeing and growth.
As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Reality Coach, I work with children, teens, and adults to explore unconscious blocks that can contribute to feeling stuck — from feelings of anxiety, stress, the impacts of past events, and limiting beliefs, to patterns shaped by early experiences.
I’m especially passionate about preventative support — helping tamariki develop confidence, calm, and resilience, while also supporting whānau to explore new ways of being. It’s never too early — and never too late — to create positive change.

Every session is uniquely tailored to you — blending clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, coaching, and mind-body tools to meet your needs with clarity, care, and grounded presence.

I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. My services are designed to support wellbeing and are complementary to, not a replacement for, treatment from a registered health professional.
