NZAPH Speaker Application Terms

By submitting this Speaker Application to the New Zealand Association of Professional Hypnotherapists (NZAPH), you confirm and agree that: The content of your presentation is your original work or is appropriately credited to other sources. You will uphold the professional standards, ethical principles, and values of the NZAPH throughout your presentation and participation in NZAPH events. Applicants acknowledge and agree that presentations delivered at NZAPH events, conferences, workshops, or online sessions may be audio and/or video recorded. NZAPH may use recordings, excerpts, still images, presentation slides, and promotional images supplied by the speaker for educational, professional development, and promotional purposes, including use on the NZAPH website, social media platforms, email communications, and promotional materials. Speakers retain ownership of their intellectual property. NZAPH’s use of recorded or supplied material is non-exclusive and does not prevent speakers from using their own material elsewhere.
