"If you're depressed or anxious, you're not weak and you're not crazy -- you're a human being with unmet needs," Hari says.

  I know it's not about the use of psychedelics, but it is related to the real cause of depression, which approach was mentioned in the video shared by Terry and I'm sure you have found in your practice...
