Jo Green is a Master Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Tutor, and an Internal Family Systems Practitioner (Level 1, IFS Institute). She works with individuals, schools, and organisations to help people reconnect with themselves so they can live and lead from a more grounded, self-aware place.

Jo’s approach weaves together IFS, coaching, and hypnotherapy, with a strong focus on emotional literacy, self-leadership, and curiosity. She supports people to understand their inner world, work with their emotions rather than be controlled by them, and create more ease, clarity, and genuine connection in their lives and work.
