
I’m Danielle Wilson, and my studies in integrative well-being include a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology, along with accredited certifications in Hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness-based Life Coaching.
Before moving into integrative well-being, I worked as a Law graduate in a Family Law firm, and later spent many years teaching Spanish at
Tauranga Boys' College.
Mindshift Studio offers a woman-centred, solution-focused approach that supports
women who are ready to explore personal growth and self-discovery.
This work focuses on transitioning from external achievement to cultivating inner awareness. At
this stage of life, women often feel called to explore new ways of being: to be seen, to
thrive, to connect authentically, and to navigate cultural, social, and generational patterns.
My work uses hypnotherapy to explore subconscious patterns that can sometimes
act as barriers to growth. By working with these patterns, we can open up new perspectives, supporting visibility, creativity, body confidence, and personal connection.
